A Long Way of Following Client

This text records a customer of KINGDEFUL who finally conclude a new order with us. From visiting our booth at Canton Fair to several times of visiting our factory, it lasts for 9 months long.We hope this article will bring more faith to both our new/old clients or our salesman in future mutual Foreign Trade.

Decorative Furniture Fair

First please let me introduce the background of our customer(hereafter referred to as E-Company):E-Company is an UK Wholesales & Distributors who mainly purchases Furniture.Below is our business records:

First Meeting:We attended the Canton Fair in Guangzhou from 21st-27th,2014.that is when Mr Ebi(Purchase Manager of E-Company)came to visit our booth.At first meeting,Mr Ebi selected many of our new items to require a quotation which includes Wooden Furniture, vintage suitcase, Mirror, Trunks and boxes etc.Besides,we had a preliminary discussion about the Product Customization,Designs,Details,Packing,Quality and so on. After the meeting at Canton Fair,we arranged another meeting with Mr Ebi in our Factory,to continue the detailed discussion regarding above issues.To follow up,we sent Photo Quotation and Digital Pictures to E-Company.Although without any feedback,we still sent conversational emails to them constantly.

Second Meeting:On May 2015,another colleague of Mr Ebi came to visit our factory again to choose some additional designs.We made the Digital Pictures as our customer’s request as soon as we can,then sent together with Quotation Sheet for their confirmation.Again,we didn’t receive any replies from E-Company.Even so,we have strong faith in cooperation with them in the future because of our good service and quality products.

Third Meeting:One month later,Mr Ebi contact us again to pay a third visit to our factory.This time,he showed us their company’s Product Catalog which includes many of our Digital Pictures and new Items we sent to them previous. Without doubts,Mr Ebi placed a 40’HQ Container of trail order to us on the spot.It is a good start for us all.

Its a treasure resource for the foreign trade salesman to transform the potential clients form fair to our real customer. Of course,you can’t make it without patience and persistence. All in all,a successful cooperation needs to have the confidence of both parties.
